Coaching sessions are a great option for individuals who are looking for more short-term, solution-focused support around themes like vocation, money, spirituality, life, relationships, and even business.
Working within the domain of coaching also frees us of any outside influences, such as insurance and working diagnostically. This can allow the work to step into, at times, a more creative or alternative path in terms of self-discovery - which, for some, can feel more challenging to foster in a traditional clinical setting.
In my experience, I have also found coaching to be a helpful option for remote or long-distance work for clients who, for one reason or another, are unable to connect with me in person. Perhaps you found me online, but live outside of Vermont. Or, maybe you used to work with me in Vermont, and have now moved.
Sessions available by phone, Skype, or Facetime.
